We recommend executing an "Agile Maturity" assessment at the beginning of Phase # 1 and at the conclusion of Phase # 2. Agile Maturity
Organizations that adopt an Agile approach to developing products or delivering projects tend to be somewhere on the maturity curve from "Beginner" to "Mature" stages. Several factors such as the Organizational culture and mindset, Leadership, propensity for managing sustained change, quality of coaches / support employed on the adoption journey, time invested, etc determine maturity levels.
VTHINK has developed a formal approach to assessing the Agile maturity levels in organizations by observing how individuals and teams consistently employ Agile concepts and practices. We usually undertake this assessment prior to the transformation assignment to establish a reference benchmark and periodically to assess progress in maturity.
